1. Почему вы решили изменить ваше тело?
Потому что, я чувствую себя некомфортно. Моё тело мешает мне быть уверенной в себе. Так как в октябре я решила начать новый этап в своей жизни, я думаю стоит задуматся как избавится от лишнего веса.
2. Что именно вас не устраивает в нем?
Ножки, бёдра, животик, талия. Особенно бёдра...
3. Ваши параметры.
Рост - 170 Вес - 60кг
4. Фото вашей фигуры (можно без лица). Этот пункт необязателен.
Пока что предпочитаю не показывать.
5. Какими методами собираетесь бороться с проблемными зонами?
Зарядка три раза в день, 1 час на велосипеде в субботу и воскресенье, каждый день 40 минут хотьбы, правильное питание (этому мне нужно будет очень очень хорошо научится)...ну а девочки если что поправят, так как главная проблема в моей силе воли.

- 5 strawberries.
- 1 yogurt (0% fat)
- 5 grapes.
- 5 prunes ( chernosliv:) )
- 1 plum.
0.5 l of water and a cup of green tea with strawberry:)
+ workout.
The good news is...I'm going clubbing tonight, which means alot of dancing - which means
even more work out.
Since I'm not going to school today - I hopefully will ride my bike for an hour, but that is only if i force myself, or someone forces me - otherwise it is a fail.
P.S. sorry for english, laptop is being gay and i hate writting in russian with english letters.

1 pear.

Well im from ukraine, currently i live abroad.
I'm a student in year 11 (but no, i am not finishing my school this year due to the fact that i'm following english system which has year 12 and 13)
I dont disagree that it is normal weight for my body, that's why i don't want to lose too much.
Just the thing is that i need to work out more, and eat more healthily. During period of summer i didnt pay enough attention to it, therefore facing the consequences now. All those - cakes, ice-creams, late dinners turned into fat.
Dinner:- 1 yogurt (0% fat)
- 1 tiny banana.
- same salad ( small portion)
+workout.
And yes, i am still thinking whether to go for a ride or not.
